Thanks for your interest in staying at the Beach House. Below is a little info you may need as well as a few rules that are in place to keep you from disturbing other guests or neighbors and damaging our property. Don’t let them scare you, as long as you are reasonable with us we will always be the same with you.

Booking: To book a unit with us please complete the online booking form or just give us a call. You will be asked to sign an electronic contract. For groups under 18 or those that would like to spread the liability between all guests a paper copy will be provided to be signed by all guests and/or parents.

Payment Schedule:
Initial Payment (50% of total due with reservation)
Final Payment (Due April 1st for June Rentals and 30 days prior to check-in for all others)
Security Deposit ($50 per person for non-family groups due at check-in.)
Families – $0

Cancellations: Sorry, no cancellations during month of June. All other times, cancellations made 90 days in advance of check-in will be given a full refund. For June bookings or those within 90 days of check-in a refund will only be issued if unit is able to be re-rented less a $100 booking fee and any difference in rental rate.

Linens: Blankets, pillows, sheets, and other linens are no longer provided so please bring your own!!

Other items to bring: Towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning solution, hangers, and any other disposable items you might need.

Cleaning: At check-out make sure that the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized. Additionally:

  • Make sure that dishes are clean

  • Place all trash in outside receptacles

  • Clean out the refrigerator and cabinets.(You may leave unopened, non-perishable items.)

There is absolutely no smoking inside the units. Feel free to do so on the porches but please make use of the ashtrays and do not litter.

Quiet Time: Please respect your neighbors and keep the noise at a minimum after 10pm. Also, keep in mind that if you are staying above others anything you do is much louder for the group below you.

Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please pack and clean-up the night prior so you are not left without time in the morning. You may leave the keys on counter and lock the door. Depending on the cleaning schedule we may be able to allow you to stay an hour or two later. However, we won’t be able to determine that until around 9 that morning.

Check-in time is 4 p.m. If cleaning is completed early we will allow you to check in early at no cost. Please call us around noon to discuss if your unit will be available early or not. If you plan to arrive later than 4 please contact us to make arrangements.

PETS: No pets or animals of any kind are permitted on the property from May until September. We may allow them on a case by case basis at other times.

PROHIBITED ITEMS/ACTIVITIES: Underage drinking is illegal and not permitted. Additionally, illegal drugs & kegs are banned from the property at all times. No house parties, loud profanity, or otherwise obnoxious behavior. Visitors are limited to 1 per bedroom at any time and should not spend the night.
