Ocean City’s Group Rentals Destination

While many places in Ocean City discourage or outright ban group rentals we are happy to have you come! That said we do expect you to act like reasonable adults. You must be respectful of your neighbors and no treating the place like a frat house. For groups mostly under the age of 30 a fully refundable security deposit of $50 per person will be due at check-in.
