The home is actually a duplex consisting of two separate units, a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the first floor and a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the second. Both have full kitchens, living rooms, and great front porches. There is a gas grill and parking in the driveway for 2-3 cars depending on the size We only rent the units together as one place giving you the very rare opportunity to have a private 4 bedroom 4 bath home in Downtown OC. All rates include both units.

We gladly rent to both families and groups. For groups, please note that you must be quiet and respectful at all times. For families, please note that there may be groups staying around you on different schedules than yourselves. We try very hard to keep our units very clean and in good shape but they are older places and do take a considerable amount of wear and tear each year. If you are overly picky and/or used to 5 star hotels, this is not the place for you. All guests must bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and paper products. Also, this is a pet friendly unit. We allow 1, under 40 lb, quiet, house broken, and non aggressive pet per unit with prior approval. Thanks and look forward to providing you a great place to stay!
