This house has the best of both worlds it is very close to downtown Berlin and 10-15 minute drive to the beaches of Ocean City and Assateague. Some bikes and beach supplies will be provided for guests. Burley Oak Brewery and Burn Pizza are right across the street from this home! Grocery store walking distance. Plenty of parking for as many cars as needed. (Parking lot next door can be used as well.) Perfect for families or other get togethers. Sorry no high school seniors or college groups in this property.
